My friend, Soo gave me a bottle of home made chicken floss. This is a very precious stuff. I must try my best to treasure it. I decided to make Brioche burger buns to go with it.

Hot from oven- the aroma of the fresh bread is undescribable.

Avocado + Japanese Sesame Salad Sauce

Brioche Burger - Chicken Floss + Avocado + Baby Spinach + Cheese top with Japanese Sesame Salad Sauce. Taste is superb. I am very satisfy so do my dear wife.Thanks again Soo.
